The Lake Afton Public Observatory and the Kansas Astronomical Observers will host a telescope fair on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 7:30 -- 10:00 p.m. at the Observatory. Members of the Kansas Astronomical Observers will have many different types of
telescopes available to view and they will be available to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each type. This will be an excellent opportunity for anyone considering buying a telescope (possibly as a holiday gift) to talk to the experts and to see a variety of types of telescopes in the same place at the same time.
