The Association for University Business and Economic Research (AUBER) has named Jeremy Hill as its 2015-16 president. Hill is the director of the Center for Economic Development and Business Research, part of the W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University.

AUBER is internationally recognized by business, government and education as the premier professional organization dedicated to continually improving the quality, effectiveness and application of research in business, economics and public policy.

Hill took the helm following AUBER's annual conference last month.

“I am pleased that AUBER will be guided by Jeremy Hill, who is exactly the type of capable, intelligent and caring leader that an organization should have," said outgoing president Lorena Akioka from the Simon S. Selig Jr. Center for Economic Growth at the University of Georgia.
