Economist highlights upcoming public finance conference

The Kansas Public Finance Center at Wichita State University is hosting the 14th Annual Midwest Regional Public Finance Conference Wednesday, Feb. 18-Friday, Feb. 20, at the Wichita Marriott.

The Kansas Public Finance Center is part of WSU's Hugo Wall School of Urban and Public Affairs.

Diane Lim Rogers, chief economist with the Concord Coalition in Washington, D.C., and blogger at www.EconomistMom.com, will share her insights on the current economic climate as the keynote address for the conference.

Rogers has extensive first-hand experience working with Congress.
