Business Resource Expo slated for April 1

The Small Business Development Center at Wichita State University is hosting the Business Resource Expo from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, at the Eugene M. Hughes Metropolitan Complex.

Keynote presentations will be held from 11 a.m.-noon. They include "How to Start a Low Cost Business" and "Different Ideas for Difficult Times."

The Expo Event is from noon-3 p.m.

More than 20 organizations that provide support services to small business owners and prospective owners will be available to talk with.

There also will be several 30-minute "How To" sessions throughout the afternoon.

The Business Resource Expo is a free event and is sponsored by the Small Business Education Consortium, which is made up of federal, state and local government agencies and of membership organizations that work together to provide support services to area business owners and prospective business owners.
