John Quinones, ABC television host of "What Would You Do," "ABC World News" and "20/20," will meet with students from 2-3 p.m. Friday, April 3, in 208 Hubbard Hall.

The visit is sponsored by the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and WSU Office of Multicultural Affairs.

Quinones anchored the critically acclaimed ABC News special "Latin Beat," focusing on the wave of Latin talent sweeping the United States, the impact of the recent population explosion and how it will affect the nation as a whole.

He also is the author of "Heroes Among Us," his latest book about growing up in the slums of San Antonio.
