Anne Gallagher, senior research associate at the Center for Economic Development and Business Research at Wichita State University, has accepted a job at Northern Kentucky University.

Gallagher has been with the CEDBR since July 2001.

In her time there she has worked on major projects such as the “Economic Impact of Small Airport Activities;” the “10-year Kansas Aerospace Industry Forecast;” and the “Fair Fare$ Resident and Business Survey Report.”

“Anne has been a dedicated employee, and she will be missed by the office staff and community,” said CEDBR Director Jeremy Hill.

At NKU, Gallagher will work for the Center for Economic Analysis and Development under Janet Harrah, the former director of WSU’s CEDBR.

Her last day at Wichita State will be Friday, July 24.

Hill said the CEDBR has not yet made a decision on Gallagher’s replacement.
