High school juniors, seniors and their parents are invited to enjoy dinner and discussion with Wichita State University students and staff during Discover WSU.

This informal dinner will provide attendees a wealth of information about WSU in an intimate setting. Learn about admissions, scholarships, financial aid, housing, cooperative education, student life and academic majors on campus.

A $1,000 WSU scholarship for the 2010-2011 school year will be awarded to a senior at the dinner. To be eligible, the student must either be admitted to WSU or apply at the event.

Discover WSU in Independence will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, at Big Cheese Pizza, 103 E. Main St.

Dinner for each student and one guest is free. Additional guests are $10 each. Reservations are required by Tuesday, Oct. 13. Space is limited, so RSVP at www.admissions.wichita.edu.
