Wichita State University’s holiday shutdown will begin Monday, Dec. 23, and go through Wednesday, Jan. 1.
Some hours will vary by department including:
Ablah Library: The library will remain open through Dec. 20, and will close Dec. 21-Jan.1. Go to http://libresources.wichita.edu/hours for more details.
Heskett Center: Closed Dec. 21-Jan. 1. Reopening at 8 a.m. Jan. 2.
Office of Financial Aid: Financial Aid's office will be closed Dec. 23-Jan1.
Office of the Registrar: The registrar's office will be closed Dec. 23-Jan. 1.
Rhatigan Student Center: The Rhatigan Student Center and its departments will close on Wednesday, Dec. 25-28. The Shocker Store will close Dec. 25-29 and again on Jan. 1. Hours will change to 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Dec. 24 and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Dec. 30-31. Hours vary among each department. For more information on services and hours, go to www.wichita.edu/rschours.
Student Health Services: SHS will close Dec. 16-Jan. 3 to pack and relocate to the new Student Wellness Center located in the Steve Clark YMCA building. Prescription refill requests must be submitted by 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12. Go to www.wichita.edu/shs for more details.
WSU Foundation: The foundation will be closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. Go to www.foundation.wichita.edu for more details.
WSU Post Office: The Campus Post Office will provide limited hours during the holiday closedown. The Post Office is open 8:30-11:30 a.m. from Dec. 23-Jan 1 and closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
