In the Fall of 2020, we immersed in a comprehensive strategic renewal process. The goal was to revisit our cultural identity and based on what makes us unique, bring together our community to pursue a plan to reach our full potential. Guided by the Wichita State and Kansas Board of Regents’ priorities and relying on contributions from all our stakeholders, we developed the Bloom Strategic Plan. This plan marks the beginning of a journey and will evolve as we face emerging opportunities. The Bloom Strategic Plan begins with renewed mission, vision, and value statements, which guide every strategy we will pursue.
