Solve Real Problems for Real People
This one-day, virtual design challenge competition by the College of Innovation and Design, in partnership with the Kansas Business Group on Health, is aimed to answer the question, "How might we make it easier to connect rural residents to their doctor to provide daily health information?"
By the end of workday, Teams will present a low-fidelity prototype (e.g. app wireframe of 2-3 screens, architecture diagram, information flow diagram, etc) of their solution following guided ideation and brainstorming with industry experts and technical mentors. Work together and collaborate with your interdisciplinary team to solve real problems for real people!
Not a developer? NO PROBLEM! We are looking for people from different educational and professional backgrounds to work together and think up a creative solution. We will provide resources and guidance for you to be able to show a prototype of your idea for the final presentations.
Virtual Tech Check: Friday, May 7, 11:00am - 11:30am
Event Start: Saturday, May 8, 9:00am
