This one-day design challenge focuses on using disruptive technology to solve today's sustainability challenges. Using a series of design thinking exercises and group collaboration, we'll explore technical design solutions for a series of problem statements such as:
- How might we use AI to improve water supply and management?
- How might we use blockchain to improve energy management of the future?
- How might we use AR/VR technology to create sustainable education opportunities?
Teams compete to develop unique insights and solutions while creating low-fidelity prototypes like sketches, journey maps, and business models. Optimal team size includes 4 to 6 people with a mix of technical and non-technical skills.
