WSU Esports continued its tradition of excellence during the Spring 2026 semester with historic competitive achievements, national recognition, and championship performances across multiple titles. Despite challenges throughout the year, student leaders and new talent helped elevate the program on both regional and national stages. With strong momentum heading into the summer, WSU Esports remains committed to growing opportunities for students, engaging the community, and sustaining its reputation as one of the premier collegiate esports programs in the region.
“This year has been a challenge for the esports program, but one thing that has never changed is our students' ability to excel despite adversity. Our student leaders continue to be a bright spot both for our teams and on the national stage. We had an impressive group of freshmen join our program this past fall who have made their competitive impact already. We look forward to the future and our ability to connect with students and high schools in the region to remain a perennial champion.”
