Once you see the list of programs you can click on a particular program then hit download. Make sure to click the View Key button and write down the Product Key that generates, you'll need that to activate your software after install.

Some of the software will be downloaded as an ISO file, if you are on Windows 10 you will be able to open the ISO file and install the program. If you are wanting to install an operating system like Windows 10 onto your PC then you'll need to burn the ISO onto a dvd or USB drive.  Freeware is available to accomplish this task.
