- Details: The AAPB is seeking up to 3 interns to work on the Kansas Public Media Digitization
Project. This innovative statewide digitization project is digitizing, preserving,
and making available to the public the video and audiotape archives of public radio
and television stations KMUW, High Plains Public Radio, KPR, KPTS, KRPS, KHCC, and
Vietnamese Public Radio. Under the guidance and mentorship of AAPB staff anf partners
at KMUW, interns will listen to the digitized recordings and correct speech-to-text
transcripts of the content so that the material can be made more accessible and searchable.
They may also review digitized programs, proof program information, and input metadata
for digitized KPM programs.

- Good communication, organization, and time management skills
- Interest in Kansas and Midwestern history and culture preferred
