2027 MiniMPA™ Application
To apply for the MiniMPA program starting on January 15, 2027, please complete the application form below. At the end of the form, you must attach a letter of recommendation from your city or county manager, city administrator, or direct supervisor. Please note that completing this application does not guarantee participation in the program. After reviewing your application, you will be notified via email regarding your acceptance status, along with instructions for completing payment to secure your spot. To be considered for the 2027 MiniMPA program, please complete the application below by November 6, 2026.
