For Small Wastewater Utilities (average daily flows under 1 million gallons)
All of the water utility technical assistance applies to wastewater utilities. In addition, EFC staff has expertise on nutrient removal in plant operations.

All offers of technical assistance are offered at no cost to the utility. Typically, we can provide up to 20 hours of assistance to each utility.
