Free online lead workshop, Lead Paint 101, understanding your role and responsibility in reducing lead exposure
 

This online workshop on May 20, 2021 provided information on the health risks associated with lead paint exposure, landlord responsibilities to residents pertaining to lead-based paints, and risk assessment processes and regulations related to abatement. Presenters included:

  • Crystal McIntyre, Regional Lead-Based Paint Program Coordinator for US EPA Region 7
  • Rick Campbell, Environmental Specialist, Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Bureau of Environmental Epidemiology
  • Tony Pierce, Lead Licensing and Radon Program Manager, Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Bureau of Environmental Epidemiology
