Dr. Mandt passed away on June 20, 2024. Services provided by Downing and Lahey.
Jay was instrumental to the development of the Honors College at WSU and a valued member of the Philosophy Department until he retired in 2016 was granted Emeritus status.
He was a wonderful story-teller with an encyclopedic knowledge of Continental events. He is missed.
