Abstract: A large and aging domestic condo infrastructure may contain hidden and difficult to find structural issues that need to be identified, as we have recently witnessed in the Champlain Towers collapse. This discussion deals with the question of whether we have the tools and procedures in place to identify and deal with these potential problems.
