The Philosophy Department is pleased to announce that submissions are now open for the History of Philosophy Scholarship, which comes with an award of $1,500. This scholarship is open to WSU students who have declared Philosophy as their major, who have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25, and who will have completed at least 9 credit hours of philosophy, and at least 6 credit hours in history of philosophy, by the end of the Spring 2024 semester.
Applications for the scholarship are due by April 1, 2024. To submit an application, you will need to visit the page for WSU's Scholarship Universe, where you will need to register if you have not already done so: https://www.wichita.edu/administration/financial_aid/scholarships/scholarshipuniverse.php
After you access the Scholarship Universe system, the system will help direct you to the History of Philosophy scholarship where you will submit your application.
