Wichita State has included a limited number of student licenses for Adobe Creative Cloud in our campus Adobe site license.
- Licenses are available to students enrolled in classes in the School of Art, Design and Creative Industries (ARTE, ARTG, ARTS), the School of Digital Arts (MART), and the Elliott School of Communications (COMM).
- Access is valid from August 5 through July 31.
- Licenses are $30 per year.
- All licenses terminate on July 31 regardless of when it is initiated.
- Interested students need to sign up each year using the form below.
- The $30 charge will be added to each student's fee bill after access has been granted.
- A limited number of free licenses are available to students who qualify based on financial need.
Depending on when students sign up, accounts can take up to one week to get established so plan accordingly and sign up early. Lists are downloaded and sent to Information Technology Services (ITS) for processing once a week, usually mid-days on Fridays. ITS does not send out notices when accounts are ready, so if you try to log in and things don't work yet, check back in a day or two.
Once signed up, to access the license, follow these instructions:
- Go to Adobe's website, Adobe.com.
- Log in using WSU_ID@wichita.edu where WSU_ID is your myWSU number.
- Use your myWSU password for your password.
- Once you are logged in, you can download Adobe Creative Cloud or individual apps.
Adobe Creative Cloud includes Adobe Express.
Please make sure to move your assets at the end of each semester to avoid losing them since the list will be replaced with a new one.
