Charisma Brown is a Bachelor of Arts in Performing Arts in Dance with a minor in Business Administration. She is a member of Wichita Contemporary Dance Theater, Mid-America Dance Theatre, and WCDT. In the future, she hopes to move to New York and eventually start her own dance studio.

What is one thing you are looking forward to as you step into a new chapter of your life after college?
I'm looking forward to working more and going to more auditions!
How has your experience at WSU changed/impacted your craft?
It has changed the way I approach specific movement and what defines dance.
What is one of your favorite memories at Wichita State University?
One of my favorite memories is the post show cast parties and getting to celebrate everyone's hard work.
What are some words of wisdom you would like to share with new artist as they pursue a degree in the Performing Arts?
Trust the process and remain open to feedback, but also protect yourself. You come first, don't be afraid to advocate for yourself and do not overload yourself.
