Lucas Shroyer is a Bachelor of Arts in Performing Arts in Dance and Musical Theatre. He has performed with Ballet Wichita, Okoboji Summer Theatre, Alithea Mime Theatre, and Harvester Arts.

What is one thing you are looking forward to as you step into a new chapter of your life after college?
I am looking forward to seeing what performance opportunities are in my future and where the universe takes me.
How has your experience at WSU changed/impacted your craft?
WSU has shown me what type of performer I am and my strong-suits I didn't know I had. But most importantly I have been blessed to meet some of the greatest friends and teachers.
What is one of your favorite memories at Wichita State University?
A favorite memory of mine would definitely be taking dance classes in different cities and meeting new friends. (Shout-out to Facultad de Danza UV!)
What are some words of wisdom you would like to share with new artist as they pursue a degree in the Performing Arts?
Do not limit yourself to your own comfortability. Try new things, step our of your usual craft every once in awhile, and don't be afraid to say yes to a unusual opportunity.
