The SPA IDEA Alliance advises, guides and dialogues on matters of inclusion, diversity, equity and access for the School of Performing Arts. The SPA IDEA Alliance meets monthly via Zoom and includes faculty, students, and alumni. In its first year, the IDEA Alliance focused on and created strategy tables in three areas:
