Students in health administration acquire real-world experience and exposure to the profession through practicum placement in a health service organization.

The practicum can be completed within the student’s local community, expanding opportunities for networking and potential career placement in a location of their choosing.

Curriculum

The online MHA program consists of 42 credit hours, including 3 elective hours and a practicum experience. Learn from current and former hospital executives and health service professionals who connect content expertise with real-world, health care leadership experience.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the field of health administration is projected to grow 20 percent through 2026 — faster than average compared to other careers.
