Inside the Program

Aging Studies students personalize their career path

Students in health administration acquire real-world experience and exposure to the profession through practicum placement in a health service organization.

The practicum can be completed within the student’s local community, expanding opportunities for networking and potential career placement in a location of their choosing.

Mentorship with advisory board members and alumni provides additional connection for professional growth and engagement in the field.

Curriculum

Students completing the Master of Health Administration (MHA) can apply up to 12 credit hours to the MA in aging studies program. This allows students to complete both programs by taking 61 credit hours of coursework.
