Graduate CertificateRenewable Energy and Storage

Wichita State's graduate certificate in renewable energy and storage is designed for students with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in engineering. The program is also available to students who have experience in renewable energy or battery storage systems.

Curriculum

To complete the certificate, you'll take required courses in renewable energy, and characterization and modeling of batteries. You'll then choose courses from topics like power electronics, linear systems, power system reliability, advanced materials for energy systems, solar energy materials, and renewable energy.

Depending on your academic background, some of the certificate courses may require additional prerequisites.
