Vice President for Student Affairs

The Vice President for Student Affairs has administrative responsibility for a wide range of programs and services aimed at supporting and enhancing the educational goals of students. The Vice President for Student Affairs also has responsibility for Counseling and Testing Services, Campus Recreation, Health Center, Child Development Center, Housing and Residence Life, Student Involvement, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Student Engagement, Rhatigan Student Center, Student Conduct, Student Support Services, Upward Bound, Upward Bound Math-Science, Talent Search, McNair Scholars Program, Veteran’s Upward Bound, Communication Upward Bound, Disability Services, Disability Support Services, North Wichita GEARUP, South Wichita GEARUP, Kansas Kids GEARUP, Educational Opportunity Center, and assisting recognized student organizations, including fraternities and sororities, and the Student Government Association. Other responsibilities include handling student disciplinary matters and assisting students with the Academic Court of Appeals process.
