A message from the president: Staying in touch to move Forward, Together

With the new academic year off to an excellent start, we are introducing this website especially for Wichita State faculty and staff. Our intent is to focus on the people, ideas, initiatives and achievements that make our shared work more valuable and satisfying by better serving our students and community.
We plan to use the website to advance the cooperative spirit of the faculty-staff kickoff event we held at the beginning of the semester and the town halls being organized by Academic Affairs.
Although you will continue to hear directly from me, this website replaces the President’s newsletter that was published monthly during the academic year.
WSU Today, emailed to faculty and staff every weekday, will still be the home of timely news and event-oriented information. This Forward, Together website will be more about ideas and achievements, with fresh content being posted as it is developed.
