Students are asked to complete this tutorial before contacting the Office of International Education (OIE) with questions regarding the STEM OPT extension application process.
The purpose of this tutorial is to inform students about the process of applying for the STEM OPT Extension. Due to USCIS regulations, only a select population of students qualifies for the STEM OPT Extension. We will cover eligibility requirements, expectations, and required documentation.
