Guest Letter Request

This form is intended for students who want take guest classes at another institution. Please note that Wichita State University does not consider concurrent enrollment (commonly referred to as guest enrollment) to count toward the full course of study requirement.

Please complete the information below to request a guest letter. Please allow three business days for the request to be completed. You will receive an email with a scanned copy of your guest letter sent to your @shockers.wichita.edu account. The original letter will be available for pick-up in the Garvey International Center if the guest school requires an original.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All fields are required. Incomplete requests will not be processed.
