WSU at McConnell Campus
Education opportunities are offered by Wichita State University at McConnell to military retirees, veterans, service members, DoD civilian employees, qualifying family members and non-DoD individuals, including civilians who are currently enrolled as WSU students. If you are a student at Wichita State University and want to attend classes on McConnell AFB but do not yet have a valid ID card to enter the base, the Military Education Specialist may provide you information and paperwork.

Getting enrolled
Once you receive your military credit award notification, contact your department to determine how specific courses fit into your degree program.
- Set up an academic advising appointment with the appropriate department below to choose your classes.
- Enroll in classes.
- If you will be using VA education benefits, complete an Enrollment Certification Request form each semester with your academic advisor. Submit the completed form to the VA Education Benefits Office.
