Freshman year can bring on many new and exciting changes and even some funny stories. We asked a few of our current Shockers to tell us about an embarrassing moment from their first year at Wichita State.

Ambrosia Naramore-Winfrey, a social work senior from Lawrence, learned the importance of knowing where the fans are in your kitchen or dorm room. This comes in handy if you happen to make the microwavable macaroni and cheese, but forget to add the water (hey, it’s happened!).
