All degree-bound students and most non-degree bound students must have official transcripts on file with the Office of Admissions at some point. Please review the information below to see how WSU will accept your transcripts.
High School and College Transcripts
Electronic transcripts from:
- eSCRIP-SAFE
- Parchment / Naviance / Avow / Docufide
- National Student Clearinghouse
- Joint Service Transcripts (military JST)
Electronic transcripts in PDF format sent directly from the counselor or registrar of the high school to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions' email account - admissions.processing@wichita.edu. Please note, college transcripts emailed directly to the student and then forwarded will not be accepted as official.
Transcripts mailed or hand-delivered with a print date within three (3) months of the received date to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in a sealed envelope from the institution.
Faxed transcripts from high schools that have signed and returned the Office of Undergraduate Admissions' Fax Agreement Form. Please note, official college transcripts are not accepted via fax.
Exceptions: Parents may provide homeschool transcripts by personal email or mail (without a sealed envelope). However, they must include a handwritten signature. Test scores submitted on homeschool transcripts will not be accepted, but must come directly from ACT or SAT.
ACT / SAT scores
We highly recommend that you have test scores sent directly to WSU from the testing agency. Students who are homeschooled must have ACT / SAT scores sent officially from the testing agency.
ACT and SAT scores documented on official high school transcripts will also be recorded on a student's admission record.

Transcripts may also be hand-carried or mailed in an official sealed envelope to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
