Miller Concert Hall, Duerksen Fine Arts Center

Building Info

Duerksen opened in 1956 as the Fine Arts Center and was later renamed for alumnus and longtime dean of the college, Walter Duerksen. The facility houses the School of Music, classrooms, practice studies, and the 530-seat Miller Concert Hall. Miller regularly plays host to School of Music performances, including Concert Bands, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Symphony Orchestra, and Opera Theater along with various chamber ensembles.
