The Suites at WSU is the second residence hall built on the university's Innovation Campus. The 230-bed facility opened in August 2019 and primarily features 2-bedroom suites. Each suite consists of 2 private bedrooms, a private bathroom, a kitchenette area, washer and dryer, and a common living room. The Suites is open to both returners and new residents, with priority being given to returning residents.
