The Food Truck Plaza is one of the first areas of Innovation Campus to be completed. It opened in June 2016 and is located across the street from National Institute for Aviation Research. 

With room for up to four trucks at a time, the plaza will be open from 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

The WSU Shuttle System stops at the Food Truck Plaza with hop-on-hop-off service.
