The First Gen Coordinating Council & the First Gen Student Organization want to acknowledge those who are "the first" in their family to graduate with a four-year degree and beyond. It is an achievement to be proud of. The spring and summer 2022 first-generation graduates will receive a free gold and white braided cord to wear to commencement in recognition of their resilience and accomplishment as a F1rst Gen Shocker Grad!

Students should be prepared to show their WSU ID when they pick up their cord at one of the two times listed.
