Compete in this event to be crowned WSU's strongest male / female. Compete in squat, bench press, and dead lift.

The Wilks Coefficient will be used to calculate relative power, and the male and female deemed most powerful will be declared WSU Champion!

Weigh-ins are required for each competitor, and begin one day prior to the event, up until the start at 10 a.m. in the Heskett Center Performance Suite.

Registration for this event is free for WSU students and Campus Activities and Recreation members, and $20 for non-members.
