Illumina Sequencing Specialist, Andrew Degar, will be discussing the molecular and mechanical aspects of sequencing, from nucleic acid to analysis.

About the speaker
Andrew received his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, was the lead scientist at the Center for Metagenomic and Microbiome Research sequencing core at Baylor College of Medicine and was Director of Operations for a metagenomics based sequencing company prior to joining Illumina.
