The SMART Lab Speaker Series presented by the Department of Sport Management at Wichita State University delves deeper into the challenges impacting the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. The goal of the series is to come together as a community to identify solutions and / or opportunities on AAPI-related issues through comprehensive discussions.

This speaker series will offer a forum for discussion of AAPI-related issues so that we, as a community, can better understand both the social and psychological issues of AAPI in order to create a more inclusive society.

The presentation features insightful speakers from across the country, including a PGA Tour qualifier, co-organizer of the Community Rally for Stop AAPI hate, and a U.S. Junior national team coach.
