Join the Environmental Finance Center and Wichita State University as we celebrate the launch of the new Heartland Environmental Justice Center. The Center will serve to build the capacity of individuals, organizations, and institutions who serve underserved and disadvantaged communities in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and adjoining indigenous nations, to make meaningful advances towards environmental and energy equity.

The celebration event will feature Dr. Rick Muma, EPA Region 7 Administrator, Meg McCollister, and representatives from the EJ Center and partners. Join us at 10 a.m. on July 12, 2023 in the lobby of the John Bardo Center or on our YouTube livestream.
