Six student soloists will showcase their talent in the WSU Symphony Orchestra Concerto-Aria Concert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 13, in Miller Concert Hall. Directed by Mark Laycock, the event will feature outstanding performers, including Josephine Barstad (soprano), Aria Beert (violin), Luis Gomez (clarinet), Karla Lugo (cello), Grace Stringfellow (oboe), and Anne Yap I-Shyuen (piano). The program includes works by Strauss, Wieniawski, Elgar, Rachmaninoff, Mozart, and Navarro, including the world premiere of "Labyrinth" by Dean Roush.

WSU students can present their Shocker Card and get a free ticket in advance at the Fine Arts Box Office in Duerksen Fine Arts Center during operating hours.
