The Department of Women’s, Ethnicity and Intersectional Studies (WEIS), in sponsorship with the Center for Women's Studies, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and the Fairmount College of Liberal Arts and Sciences will convene the ninth annual Diverse Women’s Summit, with events scheduled starting 9 a.m. Thursday, March 7 and continuing on Friday, March 8. 

The event is free and open to the public.

The following is the list of scheduled events for March 8:

• Creative Concourse: 9 a.m. to noon. Poetry, skits, stories and other presentations by community members, students and other participants.
