Monday, Sept 30: Executive Board meeting, starting at 1:30 p.m., followed by the Executive Board dinner at 6:30 p.m. Dinner details will be provided once finalized. Meal cost is waived for current board members and attendees who will be presenting papers at the conference. Everyone that is attending the conference can join us for the EB dinner. Please inform us via the online registration form if you plan to attend the dinner so we can give an accurate headcount to the restaurant.

Tuesday, Oct 1: The program will include welcoming statements from the Chair and Host, several technical paper presentations, and the highlight which are afternoon tours of the various NIAR labs in Wichita, KS. Thanks to our hosts at NIAR, the tour this year is open to everyone attending the conference. Foreign national guests are allowed to join the entire tour and we will not have an alternative tour.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided as part of the meeting. After lunch, we will board a bus for the group tour of the various NIAR facilities in and around Wichita State campus.

Wednesday, Oct. 2: The morning program will include Sponsor presentations as well as a continuation of technical paper presentations. The afternoon program will continue with the General Business Meeting. Breakfast and lunch will be provided as part of the meeting.
