The Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) is a five-day experience that allows participants to evolve and expand upon their leadership skills and abilities. Whether you are an experienced or novice leader, SLI can help individuals to develop and reflect upon where they currently are and where they would like to be as a leader. Participants of SLI will not only grow in their leadership skills, but also with critical thinking skills, self-awareness and teambuilding skills.
