Do you think you are Wichita State University’s strongest? Well, prove it! In this single-day event, you will be given three opportunities in each of the three power lifts:

• Squat
• Bench Press
• Dead Lift

The Wilks Coefficient will be used to calculate relative power, and the male and female deemed most powerful will be declared WSU Champion!

Weigh-ins are required for each competitor, and begin prior to the event at 10 a.m. in the Heskett Center Weight Room.

Registration for this event is free for WSU students, $20 for non-members.

Entry fees are due to the Campus Recreation front desk, located in the Heskett Center, by the day of the event.
