ASIDI will be held at Wichita State University June 20-23
Technical sessions have been released for the prestigious Aerospace Structural Impact Dynamics International Conference (ASIDIC). The conference will be hosted by Wichita State University’s National Institute for Aviation Research (NIAR) in Wichita, Kans. June 20-23.
ASIDIC provides a forum for researchers, regulatory agencies and industry professionals to present and discuss the latest aerospace crashworthiness regulations, certification by analysis methods for aircraft structures and interiors, bird strike, metallic and composite structures, impact dynamics, impact damage tolerance, UAS, computational and experimental techniques.
The conference will be held at Wichita State’s Woolsey Hall, new home of the Barton School of Business. The schedule includes optional facilities tours of NIAR’s Center for Advanced Virtual Engineering and Testing (AVET), Advanced Technologies Lab for Aerospace Systems (ATLAS); and Additive Manufacturing, Reverse Engineering and Virtual Reality Laboratories on Friday, June 23.
