Mason says Ennovar has made a real impact on both his skills and confidence. “I’ve gotten way better at building and fixing PCs, but also at managing my time and working with other people,” he shared. Gaining experience in a professional tech environment has helped clarify the direction he wants to take his career.

His interest in IT and MIS comes from wanting a blend of technical problem-solving and business understanding. He explained that he was drawn to a path where he could work with technology without being limited to writing code all day. MIS gives him both sides: the hands-on technical work and the bigger-picture thinking around systems and how teams use them. He hopes to eventually work in roles that improve workflows, remove bottlenecks, and design tools that make processes smoother and more intuitive.

Flexibility is one of the things Mason appreciates most about Ennovar. The environment allows him to balance school, work, and competitive esports while still growing professionally. He enjoys being able to do meaningful technical work without feeling constrained by an overly rigid schedule.

Outside of work and school, Mason competes in esports for Wichita State and has been active in the competitive scene for some time. He also enjoys cooking, watching F1, listening to music, and playing video games.
