Jennifer Isobe is a Computer Science major graduating in December 2026 and currently serves as the student Lead Software Developer at KFN. In this role, she works across multiple areas of software development, gaining hands-on experience that helps her better understand both the technical side of development and how technology supports real organizations. Jennifer shared that Ennovar has played a key role in shaping her career direction.

“Ennovar has allowed me to gain hands on experience in the career field that I am pursuing,” she said. Through her current position, she’s been able to explore different branches of software development and technology, while also learning directly from professionals in the field. “Overall, Ennovar has helped me shine light on my career goals and gain invaluable experience and skills.”

Her interest in computer science started with a curiosity about how things work. She explained that she was first introduced to programming through a class her sister was taking and quickly became interested. As she learned more, she began to see how much impact technology has on the world and how she could contribute through a career in software and engineering.

Looking ahead, Jennifer plans to continue her education by pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science after completing her bachelor’s, with plans to begin in Spring 2027.

She also values the environment Ennovar provides, noting that it feels like a community where learning happens through collaboration and experience.

Outside of work and school, Jennifer enjoys hands-on hobbies like gardening, woodworking, home labbing, PC building, and general tinkering.
